CSPD provides licensed, LEED accredited architectural and program management services with over 20 years experience managing private and public sector  building programs, working in fast paced, innovative and technically challenging environments.  Clients include educational K-12 and university, medical and research, labs, commercial office and data center programs with budgets up to $350 million.  Experienced working with cross-functional engineering teams especially energy management and facilities staff collaboratively engaged in defining energy efficient design solutions that positively impact life cycle costs while meeting the financial challenges in the successful completion of a client’s program. Currently our focus is to enable small start-up businesses launch with the structure and guidance necessary to meet municipal requirements in their capital projects while staying focused on their pro forma.
