2-story glass atrium/lobby houses public spaces and coffee lounge
LEED Platinum based on the combination of its sustainable design and the university’s existing on-site photovoltaic renewable energy
Technology installed to accommodate distance learning and active classroomsharing
Sited on a rise on the west campus grounds, with two plazas that maximize mountain views
Project also includes a new pedestrian spine to connect it to the rest of the campus
