Scope Of Work
Designed by American Commercial Contractors as the consolidated distribution facility for Shale Inland, this 220,000 sq. ft. tilt wall facility will be constructed in Pearland, Texas on a 40 acre site on Hwy 35 near Bailey Road. The facility features 25,000 sq. ft. of offices, machining, distribution, and pipe yard storage for the firm. It will contain Class A offices with conference rooms, huddle rooms, training facilities, break rooms and executive offices. Construction will begin in July of 2015 and be completed by June 2016.
