Ms. McCullough joined Rycon’s accounting department in 2000 for four years. After a brief hiatus to complete her accounting and business/management degree at Duquesne University, Danielle re-joined Rycon in 2009 as assistant controller. Over the course of her 15-plus-year career at Rycon, Danielle’s role advanced to her current position as director of the Casework & Millwork Division produces $6 million a year in revenues. She manages all aspects from consultation, design and drafting, to budgeting and estimation. Ms. McCullough oversees the Casework Division's operations at their new 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Oakldale, PA, near the Pittsburgh airport.

After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and obtaining a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Sabatos began his career as a project engineer for a Baltimore contracting company. Eight years and two companies later as a project manager, Mr. Sabatos took on the role as a division manager for a regional grocer. He then transitioned to vice president of operations at Rycon for five years. Next, he operated as the senior vice president of construction at a national retail developer for five years where he was in charge of all construction in the United States and Puerto Rico before returning to Rycon as president and chief operations officer, replacing Mr. William Taylor after his retirement. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective with his 30+ years’ of experience as a retailer, developer, and contractor. Mr. Sabatos is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves as a board member for Three Rivers Youth.

As a graduate of SUNY Erie, Mr. Ahrens began his career as an estimator, worked his way to vice president of a worldwide construction firm, and then ultimately landed at Rycon in 2014 as operations manager of the Special Projects Group in Pittsburgh. In 2017, he was promoted to vice president of the Atlanta Division. The role was created in response to the steady growth of work at the Atlanta office. With 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry, Mr. Ahrens has been involved in over $600 million of work.

Mr. Thomann received a B.S. in Design, Construction & Planning from the University of Florida and has over 25 years experience in the industry. He has a profound track record in leading several other construction companies through transitional, start-up and high growth stages to create market-driven, cost-effective operations. Mr. Thomann oversees the Atlanta team.

Mr. Kosmer oversees the staffing, estimating, project management and administration of all construction projects within Rycon's Special Projects Group. Typically, his team completes small, fast-track, interior retrofits under $5 million, averaging $55 million per year. Over the past 28 years of Mr. Kosmer's career, he has held positions as an assistant project manager, project manager, and director of estimating enabling him to effectively manage all aspects of construction-related procedures.

Mr. Dominick attended Carnegie Mellon University earning a degree in Civil Engineering. He worked as a project engineer, project manager, and estimator for 10 years before co-founding Rycon Construction in 1989 with Mr. William Taylor. As chief executive officer, Mr. Dominick played a large role in developing and shaping Rycon from a startup to a premier construction organization employing over 125 full-time office employees and successfully completing over $3 billion of work. Todd is a Licensed Professional Engineer, serves on the board of directors for the Master Builders’ Association of Western PA, member of Carnegie Mellon University CEE Advisory Council, and is president of the General Contractors Association of PA.

Provides upper management, supervision, and coordination of the Preconstruction department of Rycon Atlanta’s office.

Mr. Crough received a bachelor's degree from the School of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame as well as a master's degree from the School of Architecture from Catholic University of America. He has over 35 years’ industry experience with more than 20 of them at Rycon fulfilling upper management roles: chief estimator, vice president of preconstruction, and currently senior vice president of preconstruction. He is responsible for overseeing the budgeting and estimating of all Building Group projects up to $100 million. Mr. Crough is a member of the Construction Management Association of America, serves as a board member for the School of Architecture at the Catholic University of America, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Provides operational oversight from preconstruction through project closeout for our project management teams within the Atlanta division.

Mr. Celmo has been involved in the construction industry for 38+ years. After spending 12 years with a family-owned residential/commercial contracting business, he transitioned to Rycon in 1991 where he experienced numerous roles at ranging from superintendent, project manager, field operations manager, director of field operations to his current position, vice president of field operations. He is responsible for supervising superintendents, field staff, warehouse operations, and Rycon’s self-perform concrete and interior divisions. A memember of the Carpenters Union since 1991, Mr. Celmo continues to play a major role in safety, quality control, meeting scheduling requirements, and client satisfaction.

Mr. Ferraro has 35+ years’ construction industry experience. As senior vice president of construction, Mr. Ferraro is responsible for the general oversight of all Building Group projects (up to $100 million) and project managers within his division as well as the entire construction process and quality control. A Licensed Professional Engineer, he attended Penn State University and obtained a degree in Architectural/Engineering Construction Management.

Mr. Demay holds over 40 years of progressive accounting and financial experience in an industrial and public environment. His impressive background includes controllership function, financial reporting, treasury operations, corporate development, strategic planning and analysis, capital budgeting, risk management, and information technology. Mr. Demay attended Penn State University and the University of Pittsburgh where he earned bachelor and master’s degrees. As chief financial officer of Rycon, Ron oversees all financial aspects of the company and maintains active involvement as a member of the Institute of Management Accounts.
