Scope Of Work
1,800 square foot restaurant improvement in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. Full seismic upgrade to the structure of the three-story building. All new building system service utilities were added. New commercial bathrooms. Kitchen equipment upgrade to modernized equipment and amenities.
