Scope Of Work
We were able to take an over budget municipal project and complete it under budget using the design-build process.
Garage area provides for storage and servicing of the Town’s public work’s equipment.
Office area for road crew foreman and lounge for the crew. A large meeting provides area for Town meetings and other municipal functions.
Exterior cladding includes masonry block, Certain Teed vinyl siding, Butler’s Shadowall siding and painted MR-24 standing seam roof
