Our Story

Dustless Blasting is faster than sanding and soda blasting. The water reduces friction and prevents heat, there is no risk of warping like there is with sandblasting. Additionally when the Rust Inhibitor is used properly, chlorides are removed, leaving a perfect paint ready surface to work with. Dustless Blasting solves the warping problem caused by sand blasting, and the paint adhesion problems caused by soda blasting. The process is faster, cleaner and greener than any other paint stripping technology available.

The outside of most vehicles can be completely stripped in roughly 2 hours, consuming 4-6 bags of recycled bottle glass, using a 185 cfm compressor. The removed paint and recycled glass stays on the ground beneath and around the car.  After blasting, but preferably before the final rust inhibitor rinse down, just roll up the plastic and throw it away. Proper use of the rust inhibitor gives you up to 72 hours of rust resistance in ideal conditions, be sure to prime directly after blasting.

Dustless Blasting is excellent for the removal of paint, polyurethane, lacquer, stain and any other coating from wood quickly and easily. Even old wood can be made to look brand new.

It also allows you to to use a wide range of different abrasives, and lets you adjust the blast pressure and abrasive flow according to your needs. Dustless Blasting is also safest on hard woods. Using finer blast media and lower pressures may allow you to blast softer woods without damage to it as well.
