Free estimates are provided on scopes of work where specific facts are known and confirmed. Many of these can be provided over the phone by our Customer Service Specialists after securing information from you.

Please note that diagnosing or “troubleshooting” an electrical problem can be tricky and is a whole other story. The problem can be behind a wall, in the attic, in a connection, or maybe even all of these places at once. Often times, “finding” the problem is the hardest, most time-consuming part of the resolution. Therefore, troubleshooting is done on a “time and material” basis since it is impossible to know what conditions exist or will be uncovered after the work has begun.
