Young's Upholstery and Design

Young's Upholstery was established more than 60 years ago by Bill "Ross" Young. Back then, Ross made convertible tops and plastic seat covers by hand, always ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Because of his commitment to craftsmanship, Ross grew a large and loyal following in the Norfolk, Va., community.

In 1993, Ross handed the reins to his son, Bill Young Jr.   Bill Jr. expanded the business and became involved in both medical facility furnishings and restaurant booth seat reupholstery. Because of this, Young's grew its customer base even further and cemented the Young's name as one of Norfolk's most well-known and respected upholstery firms. 

In July 2009, Bill Jr. and his wife, Kathy, took the business to the next level, partnering with Mike Zalewski. Together they have continued the tradition of excellence in craftsmanship and customer service that Ross Young had established so many years ago. Bill, Mike and Kathy have since expanded Young's offerings. Young's now provides a full line of upholstery and coverings services to nearly all markets, including home and office furnishings and the marine, restaurant, medical, dental, airline, hotel/hospitality industries and numerous others.
