EDM LLC is a full-service demolition contractor specializing in the redevelopment of Commercial & Industrial properties.

Located in Central New Jersey we work throughout the state and parts of the Northeast region. Our goal is to partner with clients looking to remove the old and make way for the new.

Founded in 2013, EDM has built a diverse team with decades of experience and a wide range of knowledge and capabilities. We offer a wide variety of services, including, but not limited to; structural demolition and wrecking, select interior and exterior demolition, asbestos and lead abatement, rigging and dismantling, asset recovery, excavating and site work, soil remediation and more.
