Kevin opened the doors at KP Sullivan Builders Incorporated in November of 2014.

Although KP Sullivan Builders Incorporated is a fresh company we have an exceptionally seasoned staff.  We have over 100-years of combined experience in commercial construction. Our dedicated and knowledgeable team of estimators and construction managers will guide you through the entire construction process from start to finish, making sure you are well informed every step of the way. Our in-house offerings include General Contracting, Construction Management,  Design/Build, Design/Assist, Estimating, Service and Small Projects, New Construction, Pre-Construction, and Renovation.  We have worked on projects ranging from restaurants, to hospitality to retail and everywhere in between.
