Guzman Case Corporation is an architect-led design build firm. Although relatively new, we are a company with much history. Our architect and president, Jackson Case A.I.A., has been practicing as a Wisconsin licensed architect since 1991. We have come together as a team to offer our clients a single point of contact for all issues from initial design through final construction. Our clients appreciate the Architect also being the project manager. This dual role gives our clients the assurance that the communication link is never severed. The construction crews at Guzman Case Corporation perform all work excepting the specialty trades giving us complete control over quality and scheduling. As a design build firm Guzman Case Corporation works to assure subcontractors are competitive and performing to quality standards. We oversee all aspects of the project including construction administration.
