Gary believes that open and transparent collaboration is the foundation for creating and delivering outstanding development projects.  He is involved in all aspects of the business including entitlement, community outreach, development, acquisitions, and financing. Prior to joining Acclaim, Gary worked for three years as an Associate for Gold Hill Capital, a $250 million venture fund, where he underwrote early stage technology investments. Prior to Gold Hill, Gary was an outfielder in the Anaheim Angels organization. Gary has a BA from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Redwood City with his wife and four children.

Mark is a third-generation developer whose vision was to build a boutique development firm committed to delivering best-in-class projects in supply constrained corridors. A contractor at heart, Mark is happiest donning a hardhat while working on a project punch list. Prior to founding Acclaim, Mark worked for Hines Interests in San Francisco. After Hines, Mark directed a homebuilding company in San Antonio, Texas.  In 1997, Mark returned to the Bay Area to launch Acclaim Companies. Mark has a BA and MBA from Brigham Young University and lives in Los Altos Hills with his wife and five children.
