CP and its subsidiaries are based in Dallas, Texas, and are  involved in a variety of aged-care, real estate and other ventures.  It owns, develops and manages assisted living and memory care residences, home care businesses, and offers business management services for third party businesses engaged in providing assisted living and senior care residences and operations.  Two of its subsidiaries, Pacrim US LLC (doing business as “CP Homes”) and CP Assisted Living Management LLC, offer services to those companies that desire to offer assisted living and other senior care services.

CP provides the following services:

Aged Care Facility Development and Branding:  Services provided through CP Homes.  CP Homes has developed and owns 10 operating assisted living facilities, 1 memory care facility, and land for future expansion;  

Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility Management:  Services provided through CP Assisted Living Management, LLC.  Facilities operate under the brand name “Country Place Senior Living”, which is controlled owned by CP; and

Home Care:  CP owns or manages four entities that provide services in specified markets in Texas and Alabama.
