Marka, LLC Is a family owned and operated service company since March 2005.  We specialize in plumbing repair for residential and commercial applications. Owner, Jonathan Perry, has over 15 years experience with in the plumbing industry. 

Marka, LLC provides warranty service for A.O. Smith, State Industries, American and Whirlpool Water heaters. We handle all warranty paper work and supply the parts to home owner to meet the current warranty policies of manufacturers. 

Marka, LLC provide drain cleaning and inspection services for the stopped up drain that keeps coming back, along with sewer replacements.

Marka, LLC also provides testing of back-flow devices and repair.

We offer factory authorized service repair on commercial and residential American, A.O. Smith, State and Whirlpool Water Heaters.

Residential heaters carry a one-year labor warranty and a six year parts and tank warranty. Commercial heaters carry a one-year labor and parts warranty with a three year tank warranty.

We are a certified Start Up Agent for A.O. Smith and State commercial heaters requiring factory start-up.

Marka, LLC will not bill you for parts if the heater is still under factory warranty. If we do not have a part in stock, we can get them shipped in next day air with freight charges being billed to homeowner/business owners. We stock a wide variety of parts for residential and commercial heaters.
