"The City of Pierre purchased the Sierra REB-2-250 2 ram solid waste baler from JWR, Inc. in December 2015 through a competitive bid process. Employees of JWR & Sierra worked with us to build the machine to our specifications. Our install took place in April 2016. JWR’s staff worked long hours and the install was completed in a couple of days. The tech from Sierra was great in training my employees and setting the baler up for our operations. He even spent an extra day which put him into the weekend to fine tune the programming of the baler.

JWR & Sierra worked with us to put a list of critical parts together to keep on hand as to minimize down time in case of uncertain break down or maintenance work. These parts were received in a timely manner after the order was submitted.

Three months after the install the baler is working well and to our satisfaction. We have been contacted a few times to make sure the programing and operations of the machine are meeting our expectations."
