After working in the window treatment business since he was a teenager, Ben Berger founded Carolina Blind Crafters in 2008. What began as a small Charlotte operation has expanded to Raleigh, designing beautiful window treatments for customers across North Carolina. After Ben’s wife Sarah joined the company as an office manager and sales designer in 2013, Carolina Blind Crafters became a true family business. Learn more about us by reading the profiles below.

Even before he graduated from UNC-Charlotte, Ben learned the window treatment business by unpacking blinds in his after-school job. 14 years later, he couldn’t be happier with how Carolina Blind Crafters has let the light into homes across his home state of NC.

Ben’s favorite part of his job is getting to know a new home and working with the homeowners to give them the exact product they need. Ben especially loves the challenge of working within affordable pricing rather than a huge ceiling—not to mention the joy of seeing a home transformed by new window treatments.
