Scope Of Work
High View Place consists of 12 apartment buildings located near the University of Texas San Antonio campus. The complex is comprised of 204 apartment units with 624 bedrooms and bathrooms. The 3-story apartment-style buildings were constructed with Hardi-Plank siding facades with wood framing, open-web floor and roof trusses.
The property provides residential amenities such as a community pool, clubhouse and BBQ area, volleyball and basketball courts, as well as a community center with a game room and gym.
