Mr. Lince serves multiple roles within McMurtrey Lince including President, Construction Manager and Project Manager, Estimator and Scheduler. Mr. Lince has more than 30 years of professional experience working in general, construction management, project management, project design and engineering. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lince has coordinated and managed all aspect of project development, including pre-design, design, cost estimating, bidding, construction and close out phases. He is versed in design coordination, cost analysis and cost estimating; work scope and bid documents; construction scheduling, construction supervision, project and construction management, and multiple construction delivery methods.
Mr. McMurtrey serves multiple roles within McMurtrey Lince including Vice President & CFO, Construction Manager , Project Manager, and Estimator.Mr. McMurtrey has been with McMurtrey Lince since its inception 10 years ago.During this time, Mr. McMurtrey has successfully managed and completed multiple type projects.Mr. McMurtrey is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations.Prior to McMurtrey Lince, Mr. McMurtrey served as Vice President & General Manager for Auto Parts Wholesale, Southern Auto Supply , and CARQUEST in Bakersfield, CA. In addition to his role as Vice President and General Manager, Mr. McMurtrey also served as Managing Partner for DELMAC, LLC, a family development company. Mr. McMurtrey managed land acquisitions of approximately 90 acres; coordinated and oversaw the design; jurisdictional approvals and construction of the site and building construction
Mr. Davis serves as the Project Estimator for McMurtrey Lince Inc. and possesses more than 45 years of construction experience with over 25 years working as a construction estimator and project manager. Mr. Davis has experience in multiple areas of construction including; project cost estimating, value engineering, project scheduling, vendor/materials management, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
