Scope Of Work
The project was a complete gut and remodel of an existing 6500 Sq Ft medical office facility located in downtown Bakersfield, CA. Project consisted of site improvements, exterior building improvements, building structural upgrades, and all interior finishes. Also updated with new MEP design and systems.
