Scope Of Work
Ajax Building Corporation completed the second phase of the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering on schedule on August 17, 1998. The 97,000 SF structure is situated adjacent to Innovation Park in Tallahassee, Florida. To meet the Owner’s aggressive schedule, our team implemented a multi-phased scheduling approach. Ajax also reduced the project cost from an initial estimate of $12,621,271 to $11,824,113. This savings was produced while incorporating 100% of the Owner’s objectives. The 3-story facility houses administrative, teaching, research, library, common use and support areas.
