Scope Of Work
JRM worked with international fashion brand Philipp Plein to create their Flagship Madison Avenue Boutique in New York City. The scope of work included complete demolition of the 2,000 SF space; installation of a new marble and glass storefront; and the installation of complex marble and mirrored millwork with lighting shipped from Italy. Throughout the selling area, we installed custom stainless steel trim, and built pop-up ceilings with the brand’s signature hexagonal millwork design. We also installed exquisite marble flooring with herringbone inlay, as well as five elaborate chandeliers and over 200 down lights. In addition to the high profile, consumer-facing finishes, we also furnished and installed new electric service, toilet exhaust systems and a bathroom. The result is a striking retail space that JRM built on budget in just 7 weeks, to meet the client’s fashion week deadline.
