Lathrop started his involvement in the building industry in 1976 as a self-employed general contractor. Carefully building his reputation and knowledge over 35 years, Lathrop became known as the “go-to expert” on commercial and custom home construction, as well as seamlessly integrated remodels. Many area HOA’s also look to him for insight and advice on construction related issues.

He has achieved his success by getting to know his clients, hands-on experience and through a willingness to take on difficult assignments other contractors won’t touch. His goal is to exceed his clients expectations every time.
