Time is definitely money when it comes to your construction projects.  From concept documents, we will develop your high-level schedule and as the project design starts, we will take charge of gathering your team to use their project knowledge in identifying and coordinating all of the activities involved in your project.  After you select your contractor, we will review and accept their baseline and use it to monitor the progress and the contractor's accountabilities.  All schedules are prepared with the highest industry standards in CPM.  We also use proprietary software to compare updated schedules to baseline and previous updates.
