With 23 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, Gregg serves as Chief Engineer for Enfield Construction and Engineering. In 1985 he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Vanderbilt University and in 1986 his Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, also from Vanderbilt University. During his career, Gregg has concentrated on projects involving residential and commercial design, development and construction.
After having flown as a rated navigator in the F-4G Wild Weasel aircraft, serving as a Civil Engineer Corps officer and as a member of the Coalition forces in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, Gregg retired in 2011 as a Navy Commander following 23 years of combined active and reserve military service. He is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states.
Having worked for over 30 years in all facets of the construction and residential development industry, Olin serves as Director of Construction for the Enfield Group. In 1982 he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction, Engineering & Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduation, Olin pursued a career in construction and development for several firms in Mississippi until he relocated to Tennessee to become a Specialist in the THDA Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. His expertise in the THDA program coupled with his construction background have allowed him to deliver numerous projects within budget and time constraints required by a challenging State program.
Olin is responsible for Project Management, Estimation, Scheduling, Subcontracts, Material Purchase, and Codes/Compliance for all Enfield properties, contract properties and outside bids. He maintains certifications in the following programs: Level I Certification Tennessee Erosion Prevention & Sediment Control Program, Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, EPA Lead Safe Certification.
Chuck has 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry and presently serves as Project Coordinator for Enfield Construction and Engineering. In 1993 he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. During his career, Chuck has worked for several architectural offices in the Nashville area and for a large home builder based in Dallas Texas.
Glynda has worked in the property management field for 28 years in every position, from on-site property manager to her present position as President of Enfield Properties and Vice President of Enfield Management. During her tenure, she was responsible for the management of 2,000 units of affordable housing, student housing and single family homes. Her management philosophy of providing residents not just a place to live, but a community to call home, has proven very successful throughout her career.
Glynda is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional, a Specialist in Housing Credit Management, and a Housing Credit Certified Professional. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Association of Affordable Housing.
Jill has held multiple financial positions of responsibility within the construction industry for the past 28 years, culminating in her serving in her present position as President of Enfield Construction and Engineering and Director of Real Estate for the Enfield Group. She is a 1981 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and in May of 2012 she completed the requirements for her real estate license. The projects on which she has experience range up to a $30 million luxury residential development.
She has volunteered as Treasurer of her church for 18 years and her hobbies include her love of dogs and spending time on the lake.
