Founded in 1963 as a small general and mechanical contractor in Ponce, AIREKO has evolved into the top integrated construction services company in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Basin.

We are a multi-business unit company directed by Executive-Owners. We maintain our traditional multidisciplinary approach in construction services with in-house civil, electrical and mechanical professionals, hands-on pre-construction and construction management multidisciplinary experts, allowing us to leverage our Total Construction Solutions capabilities and tailor our services to our clients’ needs.

Our General Contracting, Construction Management and Specialized Building Maintenance services include concept planning, financial feasibility, site selection analysis, design and permitting management, estimating and procurement, building construction, facility fit out, commissioning and start up. Many clients use our post construction building services as well.
