Owns and manages New Outlooks Construction and adds the extra professionalism and attentiveness that the clients have come to expect. Jon is always striving to improve the industry and his company.

Bob has been in the construction business for over 35 years so he carries a great deal of experience with him when he steps onto a project. Through his role as project manager, Bob not only manages each project that he’s assigned to, he also works hand-on as a carpenter throughout the project’s entirety. Bob takes great pride in customer satisfaction and the quality of work that he completes.

Outside of construction, Bob is a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in which he is the current President of the New Jersey Moose Association. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family.

Casey has been working in a professional administrative assistant setting for eight years. At New Outlooks, she is in charge of supporting the office staff whenever needed. Casey is normally the first point of contact for any person who calls the office, and she strives to learn all details necessary to help wherever possible. When she’s not working, Casey can be found at the beach with her dog, on a boat, spending time with her family, or binge watching TV shows on Netflix!

Shawn is an architectural visualization specialist with over 20 years of experience in the field. Bringing the hands-on experience to New Outlooks Construction with a background in Graphic Arts, 3D Modeling, Rendering, and Construction. After studying Architecture at Brookdale Community College in the early ’90s Shawn received a degree in Computer Aided Design in 94 as an AutoCAD Certified Professional. He is also a certified BIM designer and continues to learn and add to his software knowledge. In 2005 Shawn received an observation award of excellence from the American Society of Architectural Illustrators for his artwork and was chosen for publication in the 20th edition of “Architecture in Perspective.” He utilizes an arsenal of 2D and 3D graphics software to portray his ideas to completion.

Jose has been an integral part of the New Outlooks team for the last five years as the Director of Finance, Marketing and HR. Jose graduated from Rowan University as Summa Cum Laude with two Bachelor of Science degrees: one in Accounting, and one in Finance. In the often dry world of accounting and finance, Jose bears a fresh perspective coupled with a lively attitude that generates a pleasant business experience. Having recently purchased his first home, Jose spends his free time doing home improvements and spending valuable time with his wife Alicia, and their two beautiful daughters Arianny and Aliza.

Ben is a Lead Carpenter on staff. He has over 33 years of experience in the profession and has been working for New Outlooks for 8 years. He is most passionate about custom cabinetry and is a member of the custom cabinetry & exotic woods professional organization. In his spare you can find him in the kitchen, he loves to cook. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.

Chris joined the New Outlooks team in 2014. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris utilizes his skills and expertise to manage the New Outlooks Handyman Division. He is responsible to guide our clients and their needs from the initial client meeting to the completion of any handyman project, always striving for success and a favorable outcome. Chris values quality and customer service above all. His greatest satisfaction comes from excelling in our service to our clients, for their loyalty is extremely valuable to him. He enjoys his time away from the office with his family and friends camping, surf fishing, sailing and restoring his classic wooden sailboat.

John is a Lead Carpenter on staff. He has over 37 years of experience in the profession and has been working for New Outlooks for 20 years. He is our longest standing employee. He calls himself the Jack of all Trades, specializing in custom cabinetry installs and finish carpentry work. Johnny has worked in many of our clients custom remodeling projects, some clients having multiple projects over the years. As he establishes relationships during the process, clients request him back. He loves seeing the finish work come together to complete the project. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
