Scope Of Work

This property, located in the heart of Long Island, required the demolition of an existing retail structure which included the proper backfill and compaction of an existing basement which was over 20’ deep. Upon completion of the demolition and grading of the site, a concurrent process of site development, off-site roadwork and building construction took place.  One major highlight of the site development package was the installation of approximately 120 dry well storm structures, which were installed throughout the property at over 20’ below grade. With increased volume and traffic flow, NYSDOT required rework of State Highway 135, which included utility relocations, road widening, re-alignment, and new traffic signals.
