With over fifteen years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Colo?n has experience as an owners representative for capital improvement projects and has also worked in all aspects of the construction industry. As an engineer he has done the project management for new construction and renovation projects within the following sectors; commercial, industrial, residential, government, institutional, pharmaceutical, hospitality, food & beverage. He has a history of bringing projects to completion on schedule and on budget; while following the best principles and practices applied to the construction industry.

With a strong background in business & technological applications, Mr. Allende has helped establish strong contractor & supplier relationships throughout Florida & the Caribbean. He has implemented the technological needs of Unicon as the company has evolved. Also as a Project Manager he has helped coordinate a strong team of construction professionals that are experts in their respective fields.
