Scope Of Work
In need of a new source of income to support their aging buildings charitable work, the monks of St. Joseph's Abbey agreed to follow in monastic tradition build a brewery on their grounds. The brewery is just the 10th Trappist Brewery in the world the first one outside of Europe.
We managed both the building construction the process equipment installation, which included the bottling line, fermentation tanks, services control system. Extensive coordination with equipment manufacturers in Germany Italy was essential.
