With over 30 years of hands-on construction experience and leadership on very high profile and complex projects, Mr. Ward brings an unparalleled confidence to a project. Some of the most complex projects on the west coast have been managed by Mr. Ward, such as McCarran Airport in Las Vegas, tech data upgrades for American and Continental Airlines, major hotel projects, and big box retail structures, to name just a few.

Mr. Anderson has enjoyed over 18 years leading teams and major construction projects in Silicon Valley and the Bay Area. Sean is passionate about exceeding client needs and expectations to help drive their business success. With a keen eye for detail, he demands the best from his team members and partners, ensuring that his “keep it simple” approach is uniformly applied from project beginning to end. After many years of success in client estimating, budgeting and project procurement in the valley with one of the world’s largest commercial general contractors, Sean founded and runs Stoer Construction, Inc. to bring clients an enhanced approach to construction success. Sean brings confidence to every project team he manages, ensuring timely completion with quality metrics that are met or exceeded. Mr. Anderson resides in the South Bay with his wife and 2 children.

One of my greatest achievements with the City of Santa Clara was assisting in a well abandonment. For the project, I was assigned to complete a request for proposal and create the existing site plan using AutoCAD. Through coordination and teamwork with the Senior Water Utility Engineer, Water Utility Engineer, and Assistant Engineer, I generated a request for proposal and site plan that was approved by Principal Engineer and listed under the City of Santa Clara web page for proposal.

The most rewarding aspect of working with Stoer Construction is seeing the final completion of the project and knowing you played a role in building it. Stoer oversees the project from the pre-construction phase until final completion. As a Project Engineer, I support Stoer in reviewing project drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, issuance of RFPs, clarifying RFIs, receiving and reviewing proposals, contracting subs, generating bid tabs and project budget. One of the biggest quality that Stoer has helped me improved over the course of working with them is my speaking skills. As I continue to broaden my experience and portfolio here at Stoer, I know I am moving in the right direction towards my career path.
