Scope Of Work
Bayley was selected as the Design-Builder for the renovation of the historic Fox Theater and entertainment plaza. Bayley partnered with Architect Richard McCann and the City of Riverside to preserve the historical ambiance of the 1929 building and convert it into a state-of-the-art, 1,600 seat performing arts center while retaining the Spanish revival architecture and detailing both inside and out. Several artisans worked to restore plaster moldings and decoration as well as restoring the elaborate original paint schemes.
