Scope Of Work

Bayley repaired andor replaced the unique oriental ornamental plaster molding and made repairs to all finishes, especially the upper walls and ceiling. Work also included the overall cleaning and repainting of the complete interior while reworking the electrical, H.V.A.C., some structural systems and stage rigging as well as the creation of an orchestra pit and removalreplacement f all seating, along with re-sloping the floor to accommodate the new seating layout.
