Scope Of Work
ARGO provides ongoing total building commissioning services for the design and construction of the Laundry/Dietetics Facility in Biloxi, Mississippi. This is a 75,000-square foot combined nutritional services and laundry facility supporting the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System. This facility was designed with a solar energy system arranged for preheating of domestic water using flat plate liquid solar collectors. The solar panel array supports the hot water dietary portions of the building. The solar energy system is sized to produce a minimum average of 1900 gallons per day 140F domestic hot water, from 60F entering domestic cold water at a peak flow rate of 50 gallons per minute. ARGO provided enhanced commissioning services for EA-3 LEED credit including those requirements of the VA Whole Building Commissioning Process Manual. ARGO personnel supported the design efforts during the design and construction document phase of the project.
