It is with pleasure that I am writing to recommend L-Squared Construction for General Contracting and Construction Management services. We have teamed together on several projects in the last several years and I can state without equivocation that they are one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Our experience working with L-Squared includes a 47,000 square foot renovation for a nursing school in Tampa, FL and a new 100,000 square foot veterinary medical school in Harrogate, TN. Both projects were for Lincoln Memorial University. These projects had demanding schedules required by the academic schedules. In both projects L-Squared met the required completion dates despite difficult technical and weather challenges. Additionally, in both projects L-Squared was able to save the Owner significant cost by carefully budgeting and examining various systems and details for potential cost savings.
The result of their work on these projects has led to future projects with Lincoln Memorial University and we will certainly include them in any future projects that we are able to.
