Founded in 1998 by Barry Wurzel with the goal of providing quality construction services in Central Texas, Wurzel Builders has grown to become one of the most trusted builders throughout Texas and the Southwest.

We’ve established a reputation for quality construction and reliability among clients, developers and subcontractors. While our initial construction projects were completed in Austin, we have expanded to finish new construction, building expansions and renovations throughout Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Oklahoma.

In 2009, we established the Facilities Maintenance Division in Bentonville, Arkansas to provide outstanding Facility Maintenance service to our growing client base outside of Texas.

As a full service general contractor and construction manager, we have extensive experience construction, renovating commercial projects in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial, Office and Restaurant sectors.

Our repeat clients include Southwest Research Institute, Wal*Mart, CVS Pharmacy, Endeavor Real Estate, MedSpring Urgent Care, Care Spot Urgent Care, Horizon Hospitality, Toppan Photomask, Target stores.
