Founded in 1987 CHG Building Systems, Inc. specializes in steel erection, metal buildings and seismic retrofitting. CHG is currently licensed in CA, OR, WA and AK. We have done work for clients throughout the U.S. including Hawaii. We are a veteran owned small business and as a family owned and operated company, CHG translates its family values into the workplace.

Our projects range from midrise office, retail and industrial projects to distinctive high-end residential structures. We have built supermarkets and multi-story office buildings as well as installed building trusses, steel stairs, mezzanines and structural canopies. In the past five years, CHG has erected more than 5,000,000 square feet of pre-engineered metal buildings and constructed buildings from most of the leading building manufacturers in the industry. We offer a 5-year Written Weather-tite Workmanship Warranty on all our pre-engineered metal buildings.
