Frankie Brown joined Sharp Construction in November 2018 as the Director of Estimating. Originally from Flint, Michigan, Frankie has spent over 10 years in the construction industry working as a production assistant turned project manager and estimator with firms including Spectrum, Inc., PPG Architectural Coatings, Houston-Staff Doors, JELD-WEN Windows & Doors, and Federal Lock & Safe, Inc. He has seen substantial success bidding on projects up to $4.6 million dollars in commercial and multifamily ventures. His keen attention to detail partnered with his strong organization and planning skills keep him at the forefront of contracting trends. Frankie is a graduate of Marquette University.  A life-long Pittsburgh Pirates fan, Frankie enjoys teaching himself a variety of musical instruments, traveling to legendary concert venues, and sliding into Dave Portnoy’s DMs with potential business ideas for the future.

Geoffrey Deoliveira launched Sharp Construction in February 2017 and serves as the Vice President of Construction. A DC native, Geoff brings 20+ years of construction management experience to Sharp after serving in similar capacities at Biscayne Contractors Inc., Spectrum Contracting Inc., and HBW Group Inc. In his role, Geoff is responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision to the company while assessing markets for new business that lead to competitive growth. Geoff’s crisis management and risk mitigation skills partnered with his client cultivation techniques have propelled his career forward leading the success of Sharp Construction. Aside from being a tattoo enthusiast and motorcycle fanatic, Geoff spends his free time exploring the region’s theatre and fitness scenes. A family man at heart, Geoff takes every opportunity to complete DIY projects with his children whenever possible.

Brandon Schenk joined Sharp Construction in September 2020 as the Director of Business Development. Originally from Elkhart, Indiana, Brandon brings over 12 years of sales and development experience to Sharp by way of the higher education, association, and private sector roles. Brandon’s portfolio includes a number of interdisciplinary contacts that connect his background perfectly to commercial interior renovations. He has closed numerous event contracts ranging from $5K-$500K and continues to build a robust collection of industry contacts. He works diligently to ensure the conception of each project is met with an unparalleled customer service experience, while guiding clients through the tedious process of construction. Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University as well as a master’s degree from Indiana University. In his spare time, Brandon tends to his beagles Stella Ascend & Banjo Franklin, enjoys international travel, fine dining, and the theatre. It has even been rumored that he aspires to tap dance on Broadway, but for now…his kitchen will have to do.

Ololade Oladeinde started working with Sharp Construction in March 2020 as a Marketing Consultant. In her role, she develops strategies to elevate the public image of Sharp Construction while driving in person and virtual traffic to our front door. Originally from Bowie, Maryland, Ololade’s 8+ years of experience have included deploying marketing campaigns from inception to fruition all while utilizing her skills in graphic design. Prior to joining the Sharp team, Ololade was a small business owner running her own marketing and real estate consultancy. From graphic design and social media marketing to digital media sales and advertising, Ololade has encountered great success in visual narration and client relationship management. Ololade holds an associate degree from Anne Arundel Community College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland University College. In her spare time, Ololade enjoys drawing, painting, and crafting. She is also notorious for having the best dance moves and a strong pulse on the best shows to binge on Netflix.

Joey Scally joined Sharp Construction in June 2021 as the Controller. A Virginia native at heart, Joey graduated from Old Dominion University with a dual degree in history and geography. Joey began his career as an accounting clerk for the Northeast Contracting Corporation with the opportunity to start an entrepreneurial venture. Years later, he became a junior accountant at a large real estate and property management firm where he serviced Northern Virginia. Joey joined Sharp Construction to help scale and organize Sharps accounting and payroll processes. A few hobbies for this ambidextrous powerhouse include drawing and reading. On the weekends, you are likely to find Joey swimming at the beach, weather permitting, of course!

David Flower joined Sharp in July 2021 as a Superintendent. He was born in Charlottesville, VA, and is a Nova native. In his role, David oversees Sharp’s job-site activities, such as managing project schedules and our sub-contractor teams. He has over 17 years of experience in maintaining customer relations between organizations and clients. David prides himself on safety and is reliable and driven. He is OSHA 30, USACE CQM, American Red Cross adult first aid/CPR/AED, State or Maryland Erosion & Sediment control certified, has strong time management and prioritization skills. In his spare time, David enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. You can find him at his eldest sons, travel hockey games in his free time.

James (Jimmy) Reed joined Sharp in December 20210 as a superintendent. He is an Ijamsville, MD native and has 12 years of proven operational management and superintendent experience under his belt. Sharp construction utilizes his exceptional leadership skills and his combined knowledge of all construction sub-trades. Has excellent communication skills being responsible for prioritizing tasks and identifying problems as they relate to the organization of the job. James enjoys spending time with my three kids, riding his motorcycle, golfing, and fishing.

Kevin Joe joined Sharp in 2018 as a Superintendent. He has a verifiable track record of nearly 20 years, driving day-to-day progress and achieving project milestones as a commercial construction superintendent. Kevin assists Sharp with coordinating trades, working hand-in-hand with building representatives, engineers, and clients. He also directly ensures all project communication gets transmitted from the field to all required parties. Kevin is well-versed in design feasibility, building codes and regulations, and safety through final occupancy. He is also CQM, OSHA 30, and CPR/First-Aid certified. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
