Southeast Construction is a U.S Government HUD approved Florida State Contractor and Home Inspector, and Certified with Wells Fargo and other financial institutions in the Federal HUD 203K program. We are an approved U.S. Government Contractor working for the Palm Beach County’s NSP housing rehabilitation programs. Our company is also a registered and approved FEMA disaster and remediation subcontractor in the United States, as well as Puerto Rico. Additionally, Southeast is registered with the corporate entity that oversees and implements Operation Blue Roof, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the Department of Homeland Security.
