Bayshore Concrete was established in 2005 by Cal Nurmi and Spencer Cave. We Specialize in Excavation, Utility Work, Concrete Foundations and Structural Slabs. We handle many custom homes, light commercial and public works projects.

Our mission is to build a company by constructing a finished product that's exactly what our customer envisioned, budgeted and planned for. Fueled by ambition, quality and integrity our future goal is to not only build Bayshore into a premier company, but a staple throughout the Seattle area.

Utilities

Bayshore Concrete, LLC self performs all utility work on it's projects including side sewers, drainage & stormwater retention systems. We are a registered side sewer contractor in Seattle.

Demolition

Every new job starts with clearing the site of landscaping, trees, and existing structures. We take great pride in doing this important task in a clean and orderly manner.

Excavation

Our business model provides a unique service to our customers. It's often said that with any construction project, "Getting out of the ground is the hardest part". We make that process much easier because we self-perform all of our excavation for our concrete crews with late-model equipment.

Foundations

From basic residential foundations to large custom and commercial foundations, Bayshore Concrete has the best tools and expertise available to complete your job. Foundations are the backbone of our company and no one can do them better.

Flatwork

We self-perform all of the hard trowel and broom finish slabs for our bigger jobs, including sidewalks, curbs, and elevated decks.

Retaining Walls

Bayshore Concrete has completed many retaining walls including but not limited to basic planter walls, radius, one-sided, architectural, and structural.
