Washington Pavements is a family owned and operated company. The owners Joseph and Lauren Beausoleil operate their business in Sterling, VA. Paving has been in Joe's family for three generations, passing down quality workmanship techniques and simple business values that aren't taught in a manual or book. Above is a picture of Joe's father's first dump truck and asphalt roller, where Joe had gotten his first hands on experience with asphalt paving. Now, as Washington Pavements, Joe and his family operate a multi-truck, equipment and crew throughout the D.C. area.
