SouthernEEZ Landscaping is different. Our owner, Nate Negrin, worked in the financial services industry for 10+ years before deciding to “re-career” and pursue his dream of owning a landscaping business. Nate brings to a mature industry a different approach – we embrace technology to allow us to communicate faster and do our work more efficiently. That brings two things to our customers: customer service and value.

We are air traffic controllers. We answer customer service calls directly or respond within a 4 hour window. Limb down in the yard? Sprinkler head busted? We collect tasks and then relay them to our service teams tablets in the field and get it done fast. We’re like air traffic controllers – just with lawnmowers.

We know your yard (almost) as good as you do. We employ geo technology that typically lets us provide you an accurate service quote before we even set foot on your property. We optimize our service routes to maximize the time spent in yards not in our trucks. The times savings (and value) is passed on to you.

We are smart and can execute. Contractors (and homeowners) love dealing with smart, honest, and well capitalized companies. Our owner Nate is an ivy league grad and has his chartered financial analyst certification. He oversees large projects directly – from initial consultation to bid to installation to warrantying the work after it’s done. We are licensed, bonded, insured, and hold our landscape contractor’s license.
