Bob as a founding member, has worked and built projects in Houston his entire 39+ year construction career.  He started within facilities at TMC and has worked on projects ranging from medical to interior buildouts.

As a founding member, Charles brings 40+ years of medical buildouts, renovations and hospital expansions experience to the Endurance team.  He serves as Project Executive for multiple team members.

Justin's experience covers corporate interiors and multi-floor buildouts.  As a founding member, he has extensive knowledge and relationships with many of the property managers in Houston.

Stephen's career started as a superintendent and has grown into a founding member of Endurance.  He manages projects ranging from corporate interiors to hospitality / restaurants.

Tom has been overseeing and providing financial advisement for 25+ years in the Houston construction industry.  He's an active member of RDA and other organizations throughout the greater Houston area.

Jim's 49+ year reputation for training the best superintendents in Houston is matched by no other.  He ensures safety measures are followed and that all jobsites are clean and running efficiently.
