Lamons Gasket Company is one of the largest gasket and bolt suppliers in the world, committed to quality and local service. They also have many licensees and distributors situated throughout the world, which are strategically located to provide their customers with the widest selection of gasket materials and fastener stock ready for immediate delivery. Lamons’ various locations feature leading technology and state of the art manufacturing facilities capable of producing engineered products to custom specifications serving the refining, chemical, power generation, petrochemical (upstream and downstream), and pulp and paper industries.

Project Overview

Lamons Gasket Company required a facility for manufacturing all types and sizes of gaskets for all industries it serves. The facility was constructed utilizing pre-engineered steel and job cast tilt up concrete panels. The size allowed the core structure and roof to be erected along with finishes while the exterior wall systems were being fabricated. The facility had a unique scrap metal container system installed for recycling of the scrap from manufacturing. The project was also a Design Bid project where the design presented helped consolidate the facility and provide excess land for future expansion.
