Scope Of Work
This facility was constructed using conventional steel and tilt-up job cast concrete panels and meets all current Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for their industry. The site was designed providing grade-level entry to the offices constructed with both grade-level and dock-high access to the shipping/receiving areas. There were also requirements from Bluebonnet Nutrition, Inc. to construct clean room bottling areas along with areas for automated packaging. The warehouse was also capable of inventorying both bulk product and finished goods within the same air-conditioned warehouse.
