Mark Elliott 's Bio
Mark joined J.A. Wagner Construction in 1984 and became a partner in 1985. He received his civil engineering degree at Purdue University in 1974 and brought an immense knowledge of the construction industry to the company.
Mark had spent several years at Ceco Corporation, as well as Miller Steel and Supply. He has been involved with sales, estimating, and project management.
In the years since Mark joined the J.A. Wagner, he co-founded both a leasing company and a development group. He holds an extensive knowledge of proper building practices and is also proficient in the Butler building system.
Robert Dunlop's Bio
Rob joined J.A. Wagner Construction in 1984 and became a partner in the company one year later. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered professional engineer. Throughout his career, he has been involved with sales, estimating, engineering and project management.
Over the past 29 years, Rob has played a major role in the development of several industrial parks, including the coveted Remington Park in Elkhart. He has vast knowledge of the land development process and currently handles all of the lease projects for the company. Rob has also been involved with the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, Elkhart Breakfast Exchange Club, the Elkhart County Redevelopment Commission, Elcona Country Club Board of Directors and is a former member of the Elkhart City-County Advisor Committee.

Andrew Harman's Bio
Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial construction field. Growing up in a construction family, Andrew has always had a passion for building and designing. He earned his bachelor’s degree in 2007 from Purdue University School of Technology in Building Construction Management.
Prior to his role as a project manager, Andrew gained valuable first-hand experience of the business working on J.A. Wagner jobsites with carpentry and concrete crews. He has learned—from the ground up—how to build, manage and run a successful project from start to finish. Andrew has been a project manager at J.A. Wagner for eight years, beginning his first five years at the Florida division of the company.
Andrew enjoys building relationships with clients and the having the opportunity to turn a client’s vision into a building that they can be proud of for years to come. He is also a member of the Elkhart Rotary Club, where he enjoys being an active member of the greater Elkhart community. Andrew is also an active member of the Construction Leadership Network, where he engages in continuous construction education.
Tony Harman's Bio
Tony Harman has been with J.A. Wagner Construction since 2012, when he started as a project superintendent, transitioning to a designer and draftsman position, and eventually becoming a project manager. Prior to this position, Tony gained first-hand experience while working in the construction field. Performing at various levels of the company has given Tony invaluable knowledge about project design from start to finish. He enjoys the challenge of designing a building on the conceptual level and helping to make a client’s vision a reality.
Tony graduated from Purdue University’s School of Technology in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and a minor in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. While attending Purdue, Tony was also able to obtain an OSHA safety certification, allowing him to make sure that project sites are safe for all workers and trades.

Molly Diveley's Bio
As a contractor’s daughter, Molly has been surrounded by construction her whole life, always helping with various home repairs and remodel jobs. She’s a South Bend, IN native and graduate of Johnn Adams High School. In 2013 she graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design Technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management and Administration.
Molly has been working as a Draftsman for seven years starting with residential and moving to commercial construction. She’s an expert with both AutoDesk Auto CAD and Revit programs, giving the clients a 3D view of projects.
Molly enjoys learning new uses and different programs to improve communication from the office to the field. She has always loved watching her drawings become buildings that clients use and thrive in.
Rick Mccollough's Bio
Rick brings more than 35 years of construction experience to the J.A. Wagner team. He has worked as a concrete foreman completing flatwork and foundations and has spent time as a journeyman carpenter, working on medical, manufacturing, and religious projects. He has a 10-Hour OSHA safety certification and enjoys attending seminars to stay on top of the ever-changing construction industry.
Rick has gained extensive knowledge of a successfully run project from the ground up. He thoroughly enjoys working with customers and contractors, and is an integral part of our projects running smoothly and seamlessly.
Ryan Elliott's Bio
Ryan Elliott joined the J.A. Wagner team in February 2018. Ryan has a well-rounded background in sales, serving the agriculture, recreational vehicle, and industrial manufacturing trades. His eight years of experience in sales encourages Ryan to strive for total customer satisfaction on each and every project.
Ryan is a 2011 graduate of Purdue University, earning his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sales and Marketing. He is a current Elkhart County resident. His constant and genuine interest in continuing education brings J.A. Wagner clients into new and diverse ventures. Ryan is excited to be working in the Elkhart area, helping his community grow.
