Scope Of Work
Formerly Bayer Federal Credit Union, this 4-story building in downtown Elkhart is comprised of more than 53,000 square feet of office space.
A design-build project, this facility was conventionally constructed with expansion capability to add wings to either side, effectively tripling the square footage. The building also features a full-length balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the river.
