Scope Of Work
This was a prevailing wage project for the City of North Bend, Oregon. The lead architec was Joe Slack with HGE Inc. out of Coos Bay, Oregon.
The scope of work was the following:
-Full tear off of the existing built up roof down to the deck.
-Dry rot repairs.
-Installtion of new 1/2-inch OSB plywood over the entire roof.
-Installation of self adhered Duro-Guard vapor barrier.
-Installation of R-20 ISO mechanically attached.
-Installation of 1/4-inch cover board.
-Installation of Charcoal Gray, 50-Mil, Duro-Tuff PVC Thermoplastic roofing membrane.
This was a wonderful project and it turned out amazing.
