Beacon Builders, Inc.

Beacon New Homes, Inc. was created with a simple concept in mind: to build quality affordable homes in excellent Savannah areas including neighborhoods in Chatham, Bryan and Effingham Counties. Continuing a 40-year family tradition, brothers Corde and Candler Wilson partnered in 2001 to found the family-run business in their hometown.

Raised in the housing industry, these University of Georgia graduates wanted to serve their community by building homes that families can afford, that have a truly lasting value. A true testament to the homes they build, both Wilson brothers proudly live in Beacon-built homes with their families.
