Dee Anne Navarre's Bio
Born in Houston, Texas, Dee Anne Navarre is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of risk management and financial consulting experience.
Mrs. Navarre’s career began in 1983 when she started a bookkeeping and tax service business. In addition to rendering exemplary financial services that enabled her clients to make informed decisions, Mrs. Navarre was also a trusted focal point in developing business strategies to leverage financial vulnerabilities.
Mrs. Navarre sold her bookkeeping and tax service business in 1998 to pursue new challenges in risk and finance management.
She continued her career in finance leadership, serving roles as business manager for a newspaper publication and Vice President of a contractor company.
In 2010, Mrs. Navarre was appointed Vice President of EMAX General Contractors. In her role, Mrs. Navarre has the primary responsibility of quantifying and controlling areas of potential risk to critical assets, earning capacity, and integral compliance.
From 2011 to 2013, Mrs. Navarre served as a director on The Municipal Development District for the City of Baytown.
She has been a member of The Pilot Club of Baytown since 2001, where she works with like-minded members to fundraise for various community initiatives and causes.
Mrs. Navarre loves entertaining friends and family at the farm she shares with her loving husband, Chris, an array of livestock, and her two dogs, Lucy and Ramona. She is a grandmother of eight who enjoys baking, reading novels, and sewing.
Dennis Robbins's Bio
Growing up in Baytown, TX Dennis was exposed to the construction field early on gaining hands on experience in the myriad aspects of commercial development. After high school Dennis went on to the University of Texas earning both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree.
Upon completing college Dennis, along with his family moved back to the Houston area to pursue commercial development. He immersed himself in the real estate and financial sides of construction while supervising the construction of several hundred thousand square feet of commercial buildings. When Dennis founded EMAX he brought with him a unique service that offers his clients expertise in site selection, feasibility, design/layout as well as general contracting services.
When not working, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family, doing Crossfit® and relaxing near a body of water.

Meghan Johnson's Bio
Meghan Johnson is the Vice President of Human Resources for EMAX General Contractors. In this role, Ms. Johnson is responsible for developing and directing appropriate HR policies and programs for effective management of employee interests and resources. In addition to those duties, she is also tasked with evaluating the HR division structure plan for continual improvement of effectiveness, as well as providing employees with professional and personal development opportunities.
Prior to her role at EMAX, Ms. Johnson initially pursued a career in non-profit child advocacy. She later transitioned to a position in primary education. It was there where Ms. Johnson honed her experience in process development and evaluation. During her tenure, Ms. Johnson bore the primary responsibility of developing educational processes and techniques in accordance with state and national curriculum guidelines.
Ms. Johnson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
Ms. Johnson lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband, Dennis, their three children, Eva, Rocco and Max, and their family dog, Buttercup. In her free time, Ms. Johnson is an avid runner who also enjoys family traveling, visiting museums, and exploring tasty new vegan and vegetarian recipes.
